2019-2020 Learn to Skate Lesson Sessions:

Session 1 Week of December 2, 2019 – Week ending January 19, 2020*
Session 2 Week of January 20, 2020 – Week ending February 23, 2020 **
Sessions meet 1 day a week for 5 weeks. There are no classes between December 24, 2019 and January 3, 2020.

*Please note: Enrollment for Sessions 1 & 2  are now closed.

Helmets are required for children. Ice skates are included for participants, if needed. If you have new skates, they will need to be sharpened before using.

PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY: Enrollment is based on a first come, first serve basis. All Learn to Skate enrollments must be paid in full at time of signup. All deposits/payments are non- refundable unless the program is cancelled or it is authorized by the program director. No refunds or make-ups will be given for missed classes. If the rink must  close due to weather during a scheduled lesson, every attempt will be made to reschedule the lesson. If that is not possible, a free skate pass may be issued.  As a reminder we DO NOT FOLLOW school cancellations/snow days. Cancellations will be posted on Facebook (Labrie Family Skate), and email notifications will be sent day of by 2 pm, whenever possible. 

 

 Neither Strawbery Banke Museum or Rink Services Group, their staff or volunteers, are responsible for items lost, stolen or misplaced.

WAIVER
By registering, the parent/guardian of the named participant, or the named adult participant, gives his/her approval for his/her participation in the RINK SERVICES GROUP programs and releases, absolves, and holds harmless the RINK SERVICES GROUP, its directors, staff, organizers, sponsors, coaches, volunteers and anyone connected with the programs as well as Strawbery Banke Museum. In the case of injury, the registrant waives all claims against the aforementioned persons. The registrant affirms to having read and understood all the above information, will abide by the policies set forth by RINK SERVICES GROUP. and gives permission for RINK SERVICES GROUP staff and instructors to administer first aid as deemed needed.

Strawbery Banke Museum, in the heart of historic downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is an authentic 10-acre outdoor history museum dedicated to bringing 300+ years of American history in the same waterfront neighborhood to life.
